Prices and payments

All prices are including swedish tax. Only shipping costs will be added at the checkout.

We offer a prepayment option to our IBAN bank account for orders made outside Sweden.

For orders within Sweden we also offer Cash on delivery, at a price of 55:- sek. (the carriers fee)

Personal information

We guarantee that the personal information given to us is securely stored and will not be used to anything but our webshop and ordersystem.

We will at any time, upon your request, change/delete Your contact information if needed.

Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to make an order at Eskader Webshop.

Warranties

For new things we have 24 months warranty and 24 months warranty for second hand MÄRKLIN H0.

Please note that the warranty only is appliable if:

-The product has been used only the way it is intended to

-The original receipt form Eskader Webshop and in some cases warranty-slip is still valid

Right of return

A undamaged and unused product in its original package can be returned within 14 days from the day it is received and the customer has been notified about the right of return.

If the product does not live up to Your expectations or You change Your mind, and the product still is in a undamaged and unused shape, the right of return should be used.

WARRANTY

If something about your product is wrong, please contact our customer service right away.

The swedish 'konsumentköpslagen' (law) gives the customer the right to reclaim the product for up to 3 years.

Please note that warranties only applies if:

-The product has not been used in the wrong way or wrong environment.
